Place order
Orders placed on the Surface Project ApS website are not legally binding. Therefore, Surface Project ApS has the opportunity to cancel your order due to delivery failure, technical problems, printing errors or similar situations. You will receive a binding order confirmation/invoice once the goods you have ordered have been shipped. When placing an order via the Surface Project ApS website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This is an electronic receipt only for the receipt of your order. This automated response, via email, is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement is made.

Payment
At surfaceproject.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. All amounts are incl. VAT and in DKK. (Danish kroner.) The payment will only be deducted from your account, when the item is shipped. Surface Project ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.

Delivery
Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days, but may vary during peak periods. Surface Project ApS will be responsible for the goods until you receive them.

Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. Surface Project ApS reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Colors
Surface Project ApS has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of their products that are displayed on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Therefore the pictures of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

Cancellation
You have 14 days full return on goods purchased from Surface Project ApS, counting from the day you received the order. You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified Surface Project ApS that you wish to cancel your purchase. Surface Project ApS shall not bear the costs of returning the product(s) unless otherwise indicated by Surface Project ApS’ customer service. You cannot regret simply by refusing to  receive the item without giving Surface Project ApS clear notice at the same time. Notice that if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal it must be given by email at info@surfaceproject.com. In the notice you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. That is, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use. Please provide bank details so Surface Project ApS can transfer the agreed amount. Surface Project ApS may withhold the repayment until they have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Warranty
You have a 2 year warranty according to the Purchasing Act when you shop at Surface Project ApS. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. This means that, as a starting point, you can get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to wear and tear, errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product or caused by other injurious behavior. When returning a product, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is. You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you discover the defect in the item. If the complaint is justified, Surface Project ApS will of course reimburse your shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
